Spark
The program emphasizes community integration as a key component of overall well-being, helping individuals develop a healthy work/life balance through meaningful participation in learning and community activities.
Supported Employment
Supported Employment provides gainful employment, independence, and community integration to adults with disabilities.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services
Winona ORC is contracted with Vocational Rehabilitation Services to provide work adjustment training, assessments, employment skills training, internships, and placement services.
Welfare to Work Program
Welfare to Work provides employment opportunities and support services to individuals with severe impairments to employment.
Transportation Services
Transportation is often a barrier to employment for people with disabilities. Winona ORC provides fixed route curb to curb transit services and averages over 600 rides on a weekly basis.
Accessibility Plan
The purpose of this Accessibility Plan is to promote accessibility and remove barriers. Winona ORC addresses accessibility concerns to enhance the quality of life for those served in our programs and services, implement nondiscriminatory employment practices, meet legal and regulatory requirements, and to meet the expectations of stakeholders in the area of accessibility.
