This program is designed to support individuals with disabilities in building the skills, education, and training needed to prepare for meaningful community employment. Participants will engage in structured, hands-on learning experiences that focus on developing job readiness, vocational skills, and personal independence.

Through group learning, individuals will strengthen key skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and workplace professionalism. The program will also offer opportunities for career exploration, skill-building activities, and community-based learning to help participants identify interests and build confidence in their abilities while partnering with local businesses.

Our goal is to empower individuals to achieve greater independence, increase employability, and successfully transition into competitive, integrated community employment while honoring each person’s strengths, goals, and pace of learning.
